Hitech CNC is equipped with machine work shop and distributor of screws, barrels, and gear reducers. Our company have experiences in repairing extrusion and injection molding equipment. We offer nitriding or bimetal screw and barrel set to upgrade existing equipment. For example, duplicate old screw and convert into a barrier screw to improve polymer melt and output. For larger diameter and long L/D extruder, we offer bore scoping to ensure alignment to ensure minimum wear of screw and barrels.

We also offer custom design chill rolls and engraving rolls for sheet roll stack. Rolls are temperature well balance and accurate TIR enable high quality sheet production.
